Policies
All Norse Skin Care clients are important. Since we are a small independently owned business we have some obstacles to overcome. Scheduling on line is preferred as we do not have the ability to answer calls when in treatment with another client. We will always do our best to answer your phone calls and have tried to answer all questions via the website and made booking on line possible 24/7. If you do need to contact us and reach voicemail we will return your call as soon as possible.
Cancellations
24 hour cancellation notice is required. We will charge half of service total up to $25 for no shows or same day cancellations.
Retail Product Returns
We offer a 14 day return or refund policy. However, by law, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment
Norse Skin Care accepts cash, debit, Visa and Master Card.
Gratuity
Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices but are highly appreciated. The standard gratuity is 15-20% of the cost of service provided.
First Time Clients
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out Client Intake Forms. In the event we are with a client, forms will be ready for you to fill out while you wait.
Late Policy
Norse Skin Care has a 5 minute late policy. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late all or part of your services may be rescheduled for a later time. Please call as soon as you are aware of tardiness, sometimes clients arrive early and we can simply exchange appointments and keep the schedule flowing while accomidating all clients.
Refusal of Service
Norse Skin Care reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
